Just getting chromebooks in the hands of K/1 students can be a challenge. Our district is 1:1 in K-12. In my session I will share how I get the students to get their chromebook to their seat safely, plug in headphones, log in, open various programs while using a trackpad. How to safely move between tabs, how I quickly get their attention when they are all in a program. The Littles use Seesaw, Reading Eggs, AR, and ABCYA with success! Ok, there are some tears in the beginning. They know how to shut down and safely put their chromebook and headphones away!
